Making a claim on any kind of insurance can be distressing. We’ve worked to keep this simple.
We developed our straightforward claims process to be easy and efficient. Simply complete the appropriate claim form for your cover and our dedicated team will handle the rest.

Our London office closed on Wednesday, 18 March 2020 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and staff will be working from home for an extended period. Whilst the London office is closed, we will accept scanned certified copies of Death Certificates from intermediaries. If you are unable to provide this due to your office being closed, we will be able to accept a scanned copy from the deceased member’s family. This will only be during the period effected by the virus and only for claims up to £1m.
If you need to send us any other documents, please send them to us electronically, except in the case of Direct Debit mandates. Please contact Omnilife directly if you wish to change your Direct Debit.
